The air conditioning unit didn't play nice, leaving the room uncomfortably warm even with it running. A musty odor hung in the hallways and elevators, making it hard to shake off the feeling of breathing in something less than fresh. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with floors that clearly had not seen a vacuum in a while—my kids' socks were practically black after a few hours. We also had to deal with a wobbly toilet that wasn’t the most reassuring during our stay.
